We are not responsible for damage caused by your device environment, browser settings, extensions, malware, third-party scripts, blocked storage, corrupted downloads, user error, unsupported file formats, or your decision to use generated outputs without proper validation.
5. Accounts, sign-in, and paid access

If paid accounts are enabled, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may refuse, suspend, terminate, restrict, or revoke access to accounts, paid features, or tools if we believe the account is being misused, compromised, used fraudulently, used to attack the service, used to violate law, used to violate these terms, or used in a way that could harm Virtual Toolbox, other users, service providers, ad partners, payment processors, or the public.

Paid features, PRO plans, subscriptions, billing portals, or one-time purchases may be processed by Stripe or another payment processor. Payment processors have their own terms, privacy policies, dispute procedures, fraud controls, and supported payment methods. We do not intend to store full card numbers on Virtual Toolbox servers.
Prices may include plans such as $6.99/month and $45/year where offered, but specific plan availability, taxes, promotions, discounts, trials, renewals, and billing terms may vary by checkout page or payment processor. Subscription plans may renew automatically unless canceled according to the checkout or billing-portal rules. Refunds, credits, or exceptions are handled at our discretion unless required by law or by the payment processor's rules.
7. Advertising, affiliate links, and third-party offers

You also agree not to resell, frame, clone, copy, bulk-download, mirror, or commercially exploit substantial parts of Virtual Toolbox without permission, except where allowed by law or by written permission from us.
11. Intellectual property
Virtual Toolbox, the site design, brand, names, logos, visual system, code, copy, tool interfaces, documentation, resources, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We do not warrant that tools will be correct, safe, complete, current, suitable for your purpose, free from bugs, free from harmful components, available at all times, compatible with every browser, or accepted by every platform.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiMktg Co LLC, Virtual Toolbox, and their owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, loss of files, corrupted outputs, business interruption, security incidents, ad or affiliate issues, payment processor issues, third-party downloads, or reliance on tool outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Virtual Toolbox will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us for the service in the three months before the claim or $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply to you.
