Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 7, 2026

Virtual Toolbox is operated by DigiMktg Co LLC. This policy explains what we collect, what stays in your browser, how ads and payments may work, and how to contact us.

Privacy highlights

  • Tools are designed to run in your browser whenever practical, so files and pasted tool content usually stay on your device.
  • We may use analytics, advertising, affiliate, payment, search, security, and bot-protection services.
  • Cookies, local storage, and similar browser storage may be used for settings, analytics, ads, affiliate attribution, login, and paid account features.
  • Payments are expected to be handled by Stripe or a similar payment processor. We do not intend to store full card numbers on Virtual Toolbox servers.
  • Public contact details are limited to email and city/state/ZIP to reduce scraping and abuse.

1. Who operates Virtual Toolbox

Virtual Toolbox, available at virtual-toolbox.app, is operated by DigiMktg Co LLC. In this policy, "Virtual Toolbox," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the website, tools, content, accounts, paid features, advertising surfaces, and related services we operate.

For support, contact Email protected. For privacy, legal, copyright, law-enforcement, or rights requests, contact Email protected. Public mailing location: Ursa, Illinois 62376. The full mailing box/street detail is not published on this page to reduce scraping, spam, and abuse, but may be provided where legally required or to verified parties with a legitimate need.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy covers visitors, free users, paid users, newsletter or contact-form users, advertisers, affiliate traffic, and anyone who interacts with Virtual Toolbox pages, tools, accounts, downloads, support channels, or billing flows. It applies whether you use the site from desktop, mobile, a browser extension, a webview, or another browser-like environment.

This policy does not control the privacy practices of third-party sites, app stores, ad networks, payment processors, social networks, affiliate merchants, browser vendors, operating systems, or websites linked from Virtual Toolbox. Their own policies apply when you visit, sign in to, buy from, or interact with them.

3. Browser-first tool processing

Virtual Toolbox tools are designed to work in the browser whenever practical. That means many files, snippets, pasted text, generated outputs, conversions, previews, counters, formatters, and tool settings can be processed locally by your browser using client-side JavaScript, browser APIs, local storage, downloads, and similar technologies.

When a tool is client-side, the content you place into that tool is not intentionally uploaded to us for processing. Generated files may be downloaded to your computer, stored in your browser's download folder, cached by your browser, copied to your clipboard, or saved by your own device depending on what you choose. You are responsible for the files, text, credentials, secrets, customer data, code, or other material you decide to place into a tool.

Some current or future features may require server processing, login, paid entitlement checks, abuse prevention, storage, support review, synchronization, cloud APIs, AI APIs, or payment/billing systems. If a feature materially changes from local-only processing to server-side processing, the tool interface or related documentation should explain that behavior where practical.

4. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect or receive categories of information such as contact details, account details, billing status, paid-plan information, support messages, bug reports, page views, referral URLs, device and browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, cookie or advertising identifiers, analytics events, ad impressions, affiliate clicks, search-console data, payment metadata, security logs, consent choices, local preference settings, and communications you send to us.

If accounts or paid plans are enabled, sign-in may be required for account-only or paid features. We may store account identifiers, email address, plan status, billing customer ID, subscription status, entitlement status, login/session metadata, and related records needed to run the account. We do not intend to store full credit card numbers directly. Payment details should be handled by Stripe or another payment processor.

5. Information we do not want you to submit

Do not put passwords, private keys, seed phrases, API secrets, health records, financial account numbers, highly sensitive personal information, illegal material, or data you are not authorized to process into any tool unless you have verified that the specific tool and your environment are appropriate for that use. Even browser-local tools can interact with your browser, device, extensions, clipboard, downloads folder, screen readers, operating system, backups, sync tools, and malware that may be present on your machine.

6. Cookies, local storage, and settings

We may use cookies, local storage, session storage, IndexedDB, cache storage, pixels, tags, software development kits, and similar technologies. These may help remember tool settings, theme choices, saved preferences, recent tool choices, consent choices, login sessions, paid entitlement status, fraud controls, analytics, ad measurement, affiliate attribution, and site performance.

When possible, tool settings should be saved in your browser so you do not have to keep resetting the same options. Browser-stored settings may remain on your device until you clear site data, use private browsing, switch devices, reset your browser, or the browser removes them. If account sync is later added, some settings may be tied to your account instead of only your current browser.

7. Analytics and search measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 with Measurement ID G-H3NSM1Q8F4. Analytics may help us understand page views, traffic sources, approximate geography, devices, browsers, engagement, errors, conversions, and which content or tools need improvement. Google may process data under its own terms and privacy policies.

We may also use Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, or similar search visibility tools. These services may provide search queries, click data, indexing status, crawl diagnostics, page performance indicators, and security notices. Search-console data is generally about how the site appears in search results, not the private content you enter into browser-local tools.

8. Advertising, pixels, and affiliate links

Virtual Toolbox may display ads, sponsored placements, affiliate links, native ads, contextual ads, banner ads, crypto-related ads, download-related ads, or other monetization units. We may use Google AdSense, Google Ads, Amazon Associates or Amazon advertising/affiliate programs, Meta/Facebook Pixel, and other ad networks, exchanges, demand partners, affiliate networks, retargeting providers, conversion-measurement providers, and fraud-prevention partners.

Advertising and affiliate partners may set or read cookies, pixels, local storage, device identifiers, IP-derived signals, page context, referral data, click IDs, conversion IDs, or other identifiers in your browser. They may use this information to measure ads, limit repeat ads, personalize ads where allowed, detect fraud, attribute sales, pay commissions, and improve ad delivery. These partners may combine information from Virtual Toolbox with information from other websites, apps, or services according to their own policies.

Some ads or affiliate offers may take you away from Virtual Toolbox or may cause files, scripts, cookies, app-store pages, merchant pages, downloads, or other third-party content to load on your device. We do not control every third-party destination, advertisement, download, offer, wallet, crypto product, extension, or merchant. Use caution before installing software, entering payment information, connecting wallets, trading crypto, or downloading files from any third-party advertiser or affiliate destination.

9. Payments, Stripe, and paid accounts

If paid features, PRO plans, subscriptions, one-time purchases, or billing portals are enabled, payments are expected to be handled by Stripe or a similar payment processor. Payment processors may collect name, email, billing address, payment method, card details, tax information, fraud signals, device data, transaction records, subscription status, and related payment information under their own terms and policies.

We may receive payment metadata such as customer ID, subscription ID, plan, renewal date, payment status, invoice status, refund status, chargeback notices, tax status, and fraud or risk signals. We use that information to provide paid access, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, keep records, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and payment-network obligations.

10. Security, abuse prevention, and bot protection

We may use security, firewall, CDN, hosting, rate-limiting, bot-protection, spam-prevention, email-obfuscation, fraud-prevention, logging, and monitoring services. These services may process IP addresses, headers, request URLs, user agent strings, security events, cookies, challenge results, device signals, and related diagnostic data to keep the site available and reduce abuse.

We intentionally limit some public operational details in this policy so attackers cannot easily use the policy as an abuse manual. That said, we aim to disclose the categories of processing that matter: security providers may inspect traffic, block suspicious requests, challenge bots, reduce scraping, protect email addresses, and help keep the site online.

11. Contact forms, support, and community channels

If you contact us by email, form, Discord, social media, ad platform, affiliate platform, marketplace, payment dispute, or another channel, we may receive your name, handle, email address, message, attachments, account details, transaction details, and metadata from that channel. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot, moderate, investigate abuse, improve the site, and protect our rights.

Do not send sensitive secrets, private keys, passwords, full payment card numbers, or confidential business data through ordinary support channels unless we specifically provide a secure method for that purpose.

12. How we use information

We may use information to operate the site, provide tools, remember settings, process payments, manage accounts, provide support, detect bugs, measure performance, improve content, measure ads, display ads, attribute affiliate revenue, prevent fraud, secure the service, enforce terms, comply with law, respond to legal requests, protect users, develop new tools, and communicate about service updates.

13. When we share information

We may share information with service providers, payment processors, analytics providers, ad networks, affiliate partners, security providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, communication providers, professional advisors, auditors, law enforcement, regulators, courts, successor entities in a business transaction, or others when needed to operate the site, comply with law, enforce terms, protect rights, prevent harm, or complete a transaction you requested.

We do not sell the content you paste into browser-local tools as a standalone database. Advertising and analytics laws may define "sale," "share," or "targeted advertising" broadly, and some ad or analytics activity may fall under those definitions. Where legally required, we will provide opt-out or consent controls.

14. Your choices

You can use browser controls to delete cookies, block third-party cookies, clear local storage, disable personalized ads, use private browsing, install content blockers, adjust operating-system privacy settings, or use browser privacy signals where supported. Some features may not work if cookies, local storage, scripts, payment processors, or security checks are blocked.

Where required by law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sharing, or sales as those terms are defined by applicable law. Send privacy requests to the legal contact listed above. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

15. Data retention

Browser-local tool content may remain on your own device according to your browser, download, cache, clipboard, and storage settings. Server-side records, if any, are kept for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including account operation, billing, tax, fraud prevention, security, support, analytics, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, and business records.

16. Children

Virtual Toolbox is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

17. International users

Virtual Toolbox may be accessed from different countries. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy rights and rules vary by location. By using the site, you understand that information may be processed outside your state, province, or country.

18. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site, tools, ads, analytics, payment flows, account systems, law, or business operations change. The "Last updated" date shows when the current page was last revised. Continued use of Virtual Toolbox after a policy update means the updated policy applies to your use going forward.
